Food is very much part of the story here–and not just as an add-on. The Link alone feels like a culinary destination in the sky, bringing together global concepts and chefs shaping Dubai’s dining scene. At Culinara, the energy is vibrant and social, while Maison Devoille slows things down with a beautifully executed Parisian-style afternoon tea. La Dame de Pic brings precise, elegant French fine dining, and Nobu One Za’abeel delivers its signature Japanese Peruvian experience with dramatic views of the city glowing below.
What made the dining experience feel even more memorable was the attention from the team at Nobu. The waiters took the time to explain every dish, recommend drinks based on personal preferences, and guide the experience in a way that felt warm and natural. It genuinely never felt awkward dining alone–in fact, the atmosphere and hospitality made it feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming throughout the evening.
And if you have dietary requirements–intolerances or allergies–everything is genuinely taken into consideration. At Nobu One Za’abeel, the team is incredibly attentive, and in many cases, custom dishes can be created so every guest still enjoys the full experience without compromise.
Even at breakfast at N°53, the same level of care and attention carries through, making the experience feel thoughtful from morning to night.
What truly elevates the experience, however, is the level of hospitality throughout the property. The staff create an atmosphere that feels both effortless and welcoming, always present whenever assistance is needed. Whether guiding guests through the hotel, accommodating requests, or simply ensuring every detail runs smoothly, the team brings a sense of ease and comfort that makes the entire stay feel seamless.
One of the most personal touches came at the end of the evening. Returning to the suite, there was a beautifully prepared “Sweet Dreams” setup waiting beside the bed, complete with incredibly comfortable slippers, silk eye covers, and a pillow mist placed inside a small pouch. It was simple, thoughtful, and honestly one of those details that stayed with me long after the stay itself. I have to say, it genuinely helped make for one of the best nights of sleep.
Beyond all, wellness becomes a core part of the experience through the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie. What stood out most was how personalised and educational the experience felt. I spent more than 30 minutes with one of the specialists, who carefully walked me through everything from maintaining long-term health to creating healthier daily rituals and routines.
We went through three different tests that helped evaluate my overall wellbeing and ultimately gave me my own longevity index followed by a dreamy massage. Rather than feeling overly clinical, the entire experience felt insightful, calming, and genuinely useful adding another layer of intention to the stay.
One of the defining highlights remains the infinity pool, suspended above Dubai with uninterrupted skyline views. Whether during the calm of the day or at sunset, the atmosphere creates the illusion of being far removed from the city–more reminiscent of an international luxury resort than a staycation in Dubai.
