House of Samra has announced a new initiative that does something few established luxury jewellery brands have done: it has opened its own retail space to emerging Emirati designers. Launched on 17 April 2026 in collaboration with Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises, known as Dubai SME, the House of Samra: Emirati Talent Showcase invites a curated group of local jewellery designers to present their collections within Samra’s boutique vitrines.
The programme spans all four of Samra’s Dubai flagship locations: Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Hills Mall, and Dubai Festival City Mall. Selected designers gain direct exposure to Samra’s clientele and an international retail audience, with the brand positioning itself not only as a jewellery house but as an active supporter of regional creative talent.

“Supporting local talent is not a gesture — it is a responsibility,” says Katia Samra, Creative Director of House of Samra. “Through this initiative, Samra is proud to open its doors to Emirati jewellery designers and celebrate their creativity.” The collaboration with Dubai SME underlines that commitment, bringing an institutional framework to what might otherwise remain an informal act of patronage.
Emirati jewellery designers interested in being considered for the showcase can submit their portfolios via Instagram direct message to @samrajewellery. For a luxury house founded in the UAE and built on regional heritage, it is a fitting next chapter.
