With her latest appearance, Queen Rania of Jordan once again proves that less is more.
Queen Rania of Jordan returned to public engagements after Ramadan, stepping out in Amman to meet local entrepreneurs and representatives of Jordanian companies, as part of her continued commitment to understanding the challenges and opportunities shaping the local job market. The meeting took place at Bulbul Eatery, a popular brunch and coffee spot in Jabal Al Weibdeh.
The Queen also visited Ezwitti in downtown Amman, a social initiative working to secure food aid for the community. She met with its founder, who shared that the initiative has delivered over 400,000 meals through a network of more than 3,700 volunteers. With its model already adopted in Oman, Ezwitti aims to expand across Jordan and the wider Arab world.
Pleated Trousers: Once Office-Approved Now Royalty-Approved
Pleated trousers never go out of style, and Queen Rania of Jordan has just given them her royal seal of approval. Consider this your reminder, dear readers: it’s time to invest in a pair for your work wardrobe.

For her comeback to royal duties, the Jordanian queen wore a crisp white shirt adorned with a delicate floral print, paired with high-waisted, pleated and draped trousers by Max Mara, a look that is quite trendy for the season. She completed the ensemble with the season’s it-bag, the LACOSTE Lenglen Bag, which matched the trousers’ tone perfectly.

Pleated trousers, in particular, are having a strong comeback this season, with fashion houses such as Stella McCartney and Dior championing darted, tapered silhouettes that move away from stiffness towards a more relaxed, modern fit.
