Winter Watches for Men

Winter 2026 is already shaping up to be a strong season for watch collectors. This year’s releases balance technical precision with cultural relevance, from Olympic tributes to milestone anniversaries and unexpected collaborations.

To coincide with the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, Omega has introduced a special edition of its Omega Seamaster Diver 300M.

The 43.5mm case comes in striking white ceramic, giving the watch a fresh, modern feel on the wrist. A mix of polished and brushed finishes adds depth, while Grade 5 titanium details on the crown, helium escape valve and bezel keep it lightweight and sporty. Instead of the usual wave pattern, the ceramic dial features a soft frosted texture, giving it a look that feels just as suited for the slopes in Cortina as it does in the city.

Earlier this year, Audemars Piguet celebrated its 150th anniversary with the launch of the 150e Héritage, a highly complex new pocket watch.

The 50mm piece is crafted in platinum and brings together 30 complications. Inside is the Calibre 1150 movement, made up of around 1,140 components. In addition to telling the time, the watch includes a perpetual calendar, repeater functions, a split-seconds flyback chronograph and a flying tourbillon, among other features.

Only two examples have been produced, making it one of the most exclusive releases of the year and likely to be reserved for the brand’s most serious collectors.

Leading a new chapter for the collection, the Royal Oak Selfwinding Perpetual Calendar Openworked is powered by the skeletonized Calibre 7139. Building on the “all-in-one” crown system introduced for the brand’s 150th anniversary, the movement allows the date, day, month and moon phase to be adjusted directly via the crown.

By removing the traditional case-side pushers, the design is cleaner and far easier to use. In the past, resetting a perpetual calendar often required a small tool to press recessed correctors. With the 7139, there is no need for a stylus, simply pull the crown to different positions and advance the calendar functions smoothly.

Seiko x Sega 65th Anniversary Chronographs

In 2026, Seiko and Sega have developed two retro-inspired chronographs to mark Sega’s 65th anniversary.

The collaboration features Sega’s signature double-line typography on the dial, with a subtle nod to Sonic the Hedgehog in the 6 o’clock sub-dial.

One version comes in steel with a classic panda dial and blue accents for a distinctly vintage feel. The second, inspired by the 1990s Mega Drive console, features a matte black dial with blue detailing for a more modern look.
