Emirati artist Yasmin Al Mulla designs UAE’s tribute to the 28th Universal Postal Congress

To commemorate the 28th Universal Postal Congress, Dubai 2025, 7X and Emirates Post Group have commissioned Emirati multidisciplinary artist Yasmin Al Mulla to design a limited-edition series of postage stamps. Artfully designed, they have been crafted to reflect the Emirates’ rich heritage.

The collection is told through seven chapters, each pertaining to a beloved aspect of the country. From doorways to the sea, carrying dhows and pearls, each stamp carries a symbol of heritage. A majestic falcon in flight celebrates the leadership, while desert dunes shift with ambition.

Dubai’s iconic skyline illustrates innovation, and a falcon in flight pays homage to the UAE’s bright future. The sequence culminates in a geometric motif inspired by the official Congress logo, illustrating unity.

The designs are united by a serene blue-toned colour palette which mirrors the visual identity of the Congress.

Through Yasmin Al Mulla’s artistry, the stamps stand as a lasting tribute to the UAE’s legacy of connection and hope to continue shaping global dialogue for generations to come.
