Prince Abdulaziz bin Talal and Princess Sora Al Saud celebrate Prince Talal’s Legacy in Alexandria

At the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, HRH Prince Abdulaziz and his wife, HH Princess Sora, celebrated the journey of generosity and the achievements of the late HRH Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Talal Al Saud and HH Princess Sora bint Saud Al Saud opened the sixth edition of the exhibition “Talal… A History Read by Generations” on Sunday.

His Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Talal, Chairman of the Arab Gulf Programme for Development (AGFUND), hosted the exhibition in tribute to his late father, a humanitarian whose vision transformed lives. More than a commemoration, it was a celebration of a legacy that continues to shape the Arab world and beyond.

Princess Sora Al Saud stuns in a full monochromatic look

Her Highness Princess Sora bint Saud Al Saud, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of the Ahyaha Foundation, stepped out in a striking full monochrome look. The Princess chose a royal-blue suit styled with a matching cape, one of the most prominent fashion trends for autumn/winter 2025. The statement piece, designed by Turkish label Mimya, struck the perfect balance between contemporary and timeless.

The opening ceremony was attended by a number of high-level officials and diplomats, with special recognition given to H.E. Amb. Dr Haifa Abu Ghazaleh, Former Assistant Secretary-General and Head of the Social Affairs Department at the League of Arab States, in honour of her distinguished journey of generosity in the field of development, and to H.E. Prof. Dr Ahmed Abdallah Zayed, Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, in appreciation of his efforts and contributions to the advancement of knowledge and culture.
