Meet the new contemporary womenswear label on the block- Yasmina Q . Based out of Jeddah and London, and founded by Saudi designer Yasmina Qanzal , the brand sells “thoughtfully created womenswear” using eco-friendly practices and deadstock materials to reduce environmental impact. Yasmina also aims at keeping her production on the low end by collaborating with community-based facilities to prevent wastage, a common concern for fast fashion brands in the world today.

The brand’s debut collection was modeled by Australian activist and scientist Zinnia Kumar and entirely shot in London by photographer Ina Lekiewicz. Titled ‘Enchanted Meadows’, it features beautifully curated dresses that exude simplicity and elegance in style and design. With bias-cut dresses that are made out of FSC-certified fluid fabric, each piece of clothing in the line has a vintage-style flora and fauna print that takes inspiration from Yasmina’s name, which translates to Jasmine in Arabic.
