Experience the magic of Kissimmee, Florida! Executive 6 bedroom villa is situated at Oak Island Cove on the Formosa Gardens Estates, which is one of the most sought after, and the closest community to Disney. This gorgeous and tastefully decorated vacation home is brimming with family-friendly amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.  It is a very large and yet intimate villa.

Downstairs is the living room which features comfortable sofas, arm chairs and a computer station with high speed (wire and wireless) internet access. Next to this is the formal dining area.

Towards the back of the house we have a family room with pool view, comfortable seating, and cable TV provides additional gathering space.

To the right is the master bedroom.  You’ll get the royal treatment in this spacious master suite with king-size bed and spacious en suite bathroom with separate shower stall and whirlpool tub. Enjoy direct access to the pool deck from the tiled bathroom. This bedroom also contains a writing desk, seating for two and a television.

On the ground floor is a boys twin bedded room with TV and Sony Playstation 2 with games.   Boys will go out of this world for our animal-themed bedroom with two twin beds. Animals, Astronauts, and rocket ships soar through the bed linens and into the room’s wall art.

The queen bedded room has a fax machine and it shares the full bathroom with the boys' room. 

Upstairs we have a queen master with TV. Ocean blue carpet and seascape paintings make this large second master a relaxing retreat space. This room features a queen bed with oak headboard, a television and a writing desk.

There is another queen master with TV at the other end of the second floor. This tastefully-appointed master bedroom features soft blue linens with a nautical theme, light wood furniture, soaring cathedral ceilings and a sunny, arched window.

The third twin room is also here and has access to one of the bathrooms.   This cozy pink girls sleeping area includes two twin beds and plenty of closet space. White country furniture and pink heart pattern bed linens are reminiscent of a New England beach cottage.

The villa has full air-conditioning/central heating throughout; ceiling fans in the living room and each of the bedrooms; TV, radio alarm clocks, writing desk and chairs in each room; Hair dryers in each bathroom. 

The house has a utility room with full size washer and dryer next to the game room.

To the left of the entrance is the large dream kitchen with all the appliances you will need for a lovely holiday dinner. Enjoy large family breakfasts at the dinette, which seats 5 adults comfortably, or sink into a cozy, upholstered chair in the adjacent lounge. A nook with table and 3 bar stools provides additional seating and access to the pool deck. The dinette is overlooking the 30 foot heatable pool and spa.

Our screened porch houses a lovely 30x15-foot heatable pool and tiled spa perfect for an afternoon dip. The extended pool deck has plenty of room for lounging or sunbathing. Safety features include a gated pool fence and a door alarm. A covered lanai provides welcome shade from the Florida sunshine.

A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $50. This covers the fee the maid charges for cleaning it and the propane gas. You will enjoy the benefit of a private wall at the back. Smoking is permitted on the patio area. No smoking inside the house please.

Two car garage has been converted to a game room with a ping-pong table and an air hockey table.

A refundable deposit of $300 on top of the rent secures the booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
